A complete misuse of alcohol, alleged drug use and immature behavior have all become characteristics of Miss USA 2006, Tara Conner. While the story has come to an end for now, the changes will affect Conner's life for years to come. A press conference was held today where the current title holder was given a second chance by the Donald.

Conner's "whirlwind" of a year was summed up by Trump as "a story that has happened many times before." He goes on to say that "she has agreed to go to rehab; she knows if she makes even the slightest mistake from here on, she will be immediately replaced." If you don't believe him, ask Miss Universe 2002, Oxana Federova who was replaced after doing a "terrible job" as reigning queen.
Throughout the past year, Conner has made appearances on "Project Runway" and "Deal or No Deal" as well as a number of charity and industry events. "Tara is going to be the great comeback kid" Trump added "she's got a good heart." Tara insists that she's a good person and has admitted to making mistakes in the past year. "I've wanted this since I was 13" she finishes.
Do you think Tara will make a comeback and ultimately be a good role model for teens?
