Britney Spears is constantly living her life in the spotlight. Whether or not she wants it, there is always some form of gossip surrounding the pop star. The latest rumors of the 25 year old singer state that she fainted in a Las Vegas nightclub on New Year's Eve. While some reports support the fact that Britney was excessively drunk and passed out in the nightclub, Spears' reps are denying any claims that this took place.

"She was not drunk" her rep says when explaining Brit's behavior on New Year's Eve, "she was just tired and falling asleep". Her rep finishes by saying "there is nothing out of the ordinary here".

With everything that has happened this past year, Brit's underwear incident (or lack thereof) and her wild partying ways, it's tough to believe that the pop star was sober on New Year's Eve. Regardless, her reps are denying any claims that Britney was drunk or passed out in the Caesar's Palace nightclub.
