We all remember Paris Hilton's drinking and driving incident which took place in September of last year, right? Well the battle's not over for the 25 year old heiress. Her arraignment is scheduled for today where the judge will decide the next steps to take when it comes to Paris' DUI situation.

LA police officers pulled Paris over for "driving erratically" and performed a field sobriety test on the world renowned socialite last September. Paris admitted to having one cocktail but claimed she drank it on an empty stomach which is why she was feeling it a little more than she would've liked. Hilton went on to explain that she was tired and hungry after a long day of filming a video and that she was on her way to get a hamburger when police pulled her over.

According to "The Associated Press" Paris is not required to attend today's arraignment because the charges she's faced with are only misdemeanors.
