On again/off again best friends Paris Hilton and Britney Spears are more alike than we originally thought. While we knew that Britney and Paris were uncontrollable party girls with bleach blonde hair and short skirts, we just recently found out that they have more than just that in common. Britney Spears and Paris Hilton tied for the #1 position on Blackwell's worst dressed list.

Over the past year, Britney and Paris have been called "style-free and fashion deprived" but it didn't stop them from wearing trashy clothing that showed off more than most strippers would show in a night. Okay, maybe not quite, but close. Britney has exposed her boobs, her stomach and much more these past few months with Paris not far behind. While the two 25 year old celebrities have topped best dressed lists in the past - it wasn't in the stars for them this year.

Blackwell, who is highly respected in the fashion industry, described the girl's style as "two peas in an overexposed pod". In addition to topping Blackwell's worst dressed list, Britney was also named the most "undressed celebrity" of 2006.

Britney vows to clean up her image this year. There's still hope for these two celebrities to make it onto Blackwell's best dressed list of 2007 - we're keeping our fingers crossed.
