Lindsay Lohan has to be going through a rough time with her dad getting out of jail this week. Lindsay, like many other young women in Hollywood (and the rest of the world for that matter) has a unique way of coping with the stress she's been dealing with in her personal life.

Over the past year, Lindsay has been hospitalized a number of times as a result of her asthma. She's also been faced with a number of stressful situations which require a certain degree of maturity. As a constant reminder for Lindsay to destress herself from her surrounding, Lindsay has got a tattoo on her wrist that says "breathe". Whether it's related to her asthma attacks or a gentle reminder to not let herself get caught up in her fast paced life, it's a good motto to live your life by.

Hopefully this will remind Lindsay that she needs to focus on herself. For such a young girl, she's been through a lot in her life. Maybe it's a good idea for Lindsay to sit back and just breathe for a little while.
