Life isn't pretty for former "Dancing with theStars" contestant Vivica A. Fox, especially since she was busted for DUI at 10:57pm, last night. According to TMZ, the actress passed a black and white marked car on the 101 Freeway in San Fernandp Valley going approximately 80 miles per hour.

Officers went after the 2007 Cadillac Escalade that Fox was driving, pulled the vehicle over and attempted to administer a field sobriety test. When Fox was unable to perform the test, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant was placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Fox was then taken to Van Nuys jail where she was required to perform two breathalyzer tests. CHP spokesman Leland Tang claims "it was definitely over the .08 legal limit". Afterwards, the actress was cited and released on her own recognizance and ordered to appear in court.
