Controversy has raged ever since the former model was found unconcious on February 8th at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and was later pronounced dead at a Florida hospital. The cause of her death has been uncertain up til now; the autopsy report will hopefully put the mystery to rest.

While initial reports indicated that Smith had nothing suspicious in her system and that there were no findings that would point to drug abuse; rumours have run rapant that the reality T.V star's death was not accidental.

Stern and Dannielyne Hope Marshall Stern to submit DNA samples to determine the paternity of the baby girl. These results will finally settle the question of who is the baby's father once and for all.
