Officials announced this morning that Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose. The controversy surrounding the Playboy Playmate's death has had the media buzzing ever since her death was announced six weeks ago.
At a press conference in Florida this morning, Chief of the Seminole Police Department, Charlie Tiger, said that they had found nothing unusual - "nothing to indicate any foul play..."This case is accidental overdoes with no other criminal evidence present."
Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County's chief medical examiner called Anna's sudden death a "combined drug intoxication." Tiger was quick to point out that police had found no evidence of any illegal drugs.
Evidently, it was the mixing of prescription drugs that killed the former model. The Chief of Police stated that today's announcement "effectively closes the case on the death of Anna Nicole Smith."
