Drew Barrymore, 32, was recently named People Magazine's most beautiful person of 2007. Barrymore may not have been at the top of some people's list but this true beauty knows how to shine on the inside and out. Her stunning good looks and upbeat personality are definitely qualities People Magazine was looking for in this year's annual 100 most beautiful people issue. When asked about her thoughts on being named number one, Drew replied by saying the title  "made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens". Not surprisingly, she also said that the reason she was picked was not because of her acting abilities but because of her fun-loving personality and the fact that she was happy with her life. "I just think happiness is what makes you pretty. Period", says Barrymore to People Magazine.

Other celebrities to make the list include Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria and Jessica Simpson. These celebrities, along with Drew and 6 others, were photographed for the new issue.
