The trailer for Jessica Simpson's new movie has been released to less than stellar reviews. The upcoming movie, "Blonde Ambition," was inspired by Melanie Griffith's flick "Working Girl."
In "Blonde Ambition," Jess goes back to her blonde roots playing the part of a small town girl who moves to the big city and conquers the business world.
Cinema Blend has said that the "Blonde Ambition" trailer is the worst one ever made. They claim the movie follows too many already been done themes a la "Legally Blonde" and "The Devil Wears Prada."
"Simpson plays some sort of small town hick, who, using advice given to her by Willie Nelson (there's an on-screen reunion we were all just dying to see), decides to pack a bag and head to New York City in an attempt to shack up with an old boyfriend... or something like that," Cinematical reports.
"However, when she finds out he's no longer interested, she crashes with Rachael Leigh Cook and tries to find some work. Luckily, there's some big corporate types looking for a dumb blonde to "manipulate." Throw in yet another corny performance from Andy Dick and you have yourself "Blonde Ambition," Cinematical said in its review.
