We all know that Carrie Underwood is smokin' hot. What we didn't know (until yesterday, that is) is that Carrie has officially been names the World's sexiest vegetarian, according to PETA. Carrie, who also stole the title in 2005, was thrilled to top the list again this year. According to PETA, more than 110,000 voted for who they thought should be named the hottest veggie eater.

Carrie won the woman's title while "The Tonight Show" band leader, Kevin Eubanks, (who was highly recommended by Jay Leno himself) won for the men's title. According to Jay Leno, winning the title will brought 'honor' to the show.

Carrie also beat out runners up Joaquin Phoenix, Kristen Bell ("Veronica Mars"), Milo Ventimiglia ("Heroes"), Jared Leto and Lisa Edelstein. But Carrie (being the sweetheart that she is) doesn't expect everyone else to be a vegetarian. She feels as though people are capable of making their own decisions and preaching vegetarianism to them isn't fair.

"I don't go preaching to people that, 'oh you don't need to be eating meat,' because I don't like people preaching to me, I'm not going to preach to them. Everybody else can eat whatever they feel like eating if that makes them happy." Isn't she sweet?

Former winners of PETA's annual award include Natalie Portman, Andre 300, Shania Twain, Lauren Bush, Alicia Silverstone, Chris Martin and Tobey Maguire.
