Britney Spears has reportedly given her mom, Lynne Spears, documents warning her to stay away from her children if she's on any type of medication that may cause her to be impaired. Britney personally handed the letters to her mother after tracking her down (with the help of the paparazzi) in a TV studio in Valencia where Brit's mom was camping out on the set of her little sister Jamie-Lynne's show "Zoey 101". Britney has been feuding with her mother ever since Lynne played a major role in forcing Brit into rehab. But Britney means business this time and is refusing to compromise when it comes to her mother the role she plays in her son's lives.

According to the New York Post, Lynne was devastated after reading the letters. She slumped down on the stairs of the trailer, looking shocked at what the letter had said. And while many reports claim that Britney served her mom a restraining order, TMZ.com reports that's not the case. The gossip site states "It is a letter from an out-of-state lawyer. By the way, Britney could not legally serve her mom with a restraining order if she was the one seeking it."
Not only does Brit feel resentment for her mother's role in the rehab incident but she also feels as though her mom and ex-husband, Kevin Federline, are teaming up against her. Lynne and Kevin still talk frequently and Kevin has recently refused to sign the final property settlement agreement until he is certain that Brit can handle joint custody of their two children (Sean Preston and Jayden James).
