Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have been under a lot of scrutiny lately in regards to some steamy hot photos of the two having sex in a hot tub while on vacation in Mexico. The PG photos of the two making out were published in this week's Life & Style magazine but TMZ.com reports that there are still x-rated photos available. The racy photos of Nick and Vanessa are so graphic that they've actually been compared to photos of Paris Hilton's sex tape. The pair recently found out about the photos and are threatening to sue any publication that decides to print the photos.

 But in their only attempt to save face, the highly publicized couple decided to do an exclusive interview with OK! Magazine to tell the world their side of the story. Nick proceeded to act like they had done nothing wrong by saying "Where's the scandal? I was in Mexico with my girlfriend of a year, celebrating our anniversary on a private vacation. It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker.' while Vanessa played the victim card. "I felt personally violated,' the former Entertainment Tonight host says. 'If I was being disrespectful I would expect to be punished, but I wasn't. It's wrong."

Between Nick and Vanessa they should know that there are paparazzi everywhere. If they didn't want pictures taken of them they should have found a more private location. The average couple wouldn't have sex in an outdoor hot tub on vacation and they're not even famous - what were they thinking?
