Looks like it’s going to take more than an ankle monitoring bracelet to keep Lindsay Lohan from drinking and driving!

Just over a week after Lohan was released from rehab, she was pulled over for drinking and driving once again.

According to TMZ.com, the actress/singer was arrested early this morning (around 2:15 a.m.) in Santa Monica for drunk driving.

Lohan, who is voluntarily wearing a SCRAM ankle monitoring bracelet to keep tabs on her sobriety, has been struggling with substance abuse for the past few years. The 21-year-old has now been caught drinking and driving twice in the last three months.

There have been no statements released by Lindsay’s reps or by law enforcement officials confirming the incident; however, TMZ.com reports that the cops have confirmed to them that there was a controlled substance on the “Mean Girls” star.

There is no word yet on whether or not Lilo has been released or whether or not the actress has officially been charged with yet another DUI.
