Unlike the majority of young Hollywood actresses, Jessica Simpson isn’t willing to take her clothes off – not even for a large chunk of cash.

According to Jessica’s overprotective (and very creepy) dad/manager Joe, his daughter was offered a prestigious role in an Oscar-worthy movie with pornographic overtones, but I guess you can’t always get what you want.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, Jess won’t be stripping down for the cameras anytime soon.

Here’s what papa Joe had to say about Jessica’s offer:

“The last script that came to us was for Jessica to be a porn star. We were promised we would win an Oscar with that. I was like, 'Eh, we'll just buy a [statue of a] little man and keep our clothes on.”

I find it somewhat surprising that Joe turned down the offer so quickly. After all, he’s more money hungry than Lindsay Lohan’s mom – and we all know how hard that is to beat.

Then again, maybe Jess should have taken the role. Her career has been suffering lately.

Besides, it’s not like she’s hiding a whole lot, especially after we practically saw everything in her “These Boots are made for Walking” video.

Give it a few years; she’ll cave like the rest of them.
