A few years ago, millions of men would have been dying to hear that Britney Spears is back on the market. But now, after a mental breakdown, a shaved head and a few trips to rehab, there’s really nothing much to get excited about.

The long, drawn-out divorce between struggling pop star Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline has officially been settled.

While Brit’s lawyer was quick to state that Spears and Federline will split custody of their two boys 50/50, she refused to comment on the financial settlement.

The downtrodden pop icon better be paying her lawyer (Laura Wassler) a hefty amount of cash; only the best of lawyers could get Brit shared custody after Britney’s whirlwind of a past year.

It’s reported that both Kevin and Britney plan on fighting for more custody of their two young boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

But, as Brit’s lawyer told PEOPLE.com, "I think both of them would prefer to have more custody, and that can be worked out down the line."

Anyone want to place bets on how long it will be before Brit ties the knot again? I give it about six months – and about eight before another divorce.
