I think that Lauren was just trying to look out for Heidi bc she saw how big of an ASS Spencer was. He is just like every other guy promising the world to girls when he has a girlfriend and hooking up behind his girlfriends back. Heidi is DUMB if she thinks that Spencer is going to stay faithful to her the rest of their lives... if they even make it down the alter!  Dont worry, when Spencer screws up his and Heidi's relationship one of two things wil happen... 1. Heidi will go crawling back to Lauren bc she was right or 2. Heidi will take Spencer back bc she doesn't have anyone else to go to and he will keep on cheating on her for the rest of their lives.

I want everybody on the earth to hate Spencer and Heidi. Lauren did nothing all she wanted was to let Heidi relize that spencer is not a good person at all.

Spencer is an idiot...no one would even know who he is if it weren't for Lauren. Duh. He should be thanking her for his so called "fame".

Spencer and Heidi are just trying to get a bunch of attention because they are NOBODYS. Heidi is a complete idiot for choosing Spencer over her best friend. And the things Spencer has said about Lauren are just disgusting. Not once have you heard Lauren say anything like what he does. She is trying to move on with her life. Lauren is a way more classy person than Spencer and Heidi will ever be. And you think after watching the episodes Heidi would have realized what a complete Jerk Spencer is. But then again Heidi isen't the sharpest tool in the shed. So Team Lauren all the way, and I really do hope that Heidi and Spencer get whats coming to them.

Teamm Lauren ! .. If It wasn't For Lauren , Heidi Wouldn't have had the opportunity to star in the hills . I admit that Heidi has a right to move on with her boyfriend . seriously, i read the bio of heidi and lauren. the b!tch heidi knew obviously who lauren was when they met at orientation in university. lauren was on laguna beach before she went to university and met heidi sooooo obviously heidi knew who lauren was.

she befriended her for a reason and those are obvious, she was using her to ride off her fame. if heidi became friends with lauren she knew she would be famous some how. well, "famous". haha and that bleep spencer if you watched 1st season, spencer is doing the same thing with heidi.

the first season heidi broke up with her boyfriend because he wouldn't treat her like a princess and that every girl should be treated like a princess. spencer is a slick dirt ball, he obviously has been watching the show and if you notice how he always emphasizes how heidi is a princess to him in the second season. from studying linguistics you can tell he had been plotting for some time and have intentions of putting himself and his buddy brody on the hills to get air time to help out brody's career and spencer's management business.

and seriously, if spencer is in management then why is he out there barking like a dog about other people? if i were trying to break in the business of hollywood or go into any business that i need someone to represent me... i would not go to someone who publicly does stuff like this. if anyone had any common sense that is. clearly, heidi doesn't ahahah.

I think that it is so sad, and disrespectful of Heidi to be letting her boyfriend say that stuff about Lauren. How dare them intentionally try to make her look bad. Heidi is a jerk and should be banned from the show. She is ugly, ditzy, retarded, and has bad taste in men. How immature of them to write that crap...really!

Uhhmm. I think they should all just make upand be friends. I love Lauren shes so great but she should just leave Heidi alone. I mean Spencer is rudeeeeeee. But Heidi just needs to find out for herself.

My boyfriend (a bouncer at Area) claims that, about a month and a half ago, Spencer was caught by some date (not Heidi) getting a little action from a young blonde man about a block or so from the club. The girl - apparently with him that night - had a fit and Spencer spent much of the last part of the evening trying to talk her down.

So, maybe news to you folks. Not so much for us.

I honestly think that both LC and Heidi are both wrong in this situation. Lauren should have excepted that Heidi infact loved spencer and just delt with it. Even with heidi moving out and everything. Heidi... on the other hand should have been calling lauren or making an attempt to see her or anything. Ecsp. when the rumors of the sex tape reached the internet. A caring  friend would have called her to see how she was doing. Spencer i think feeds on the drama with hating lauren. Heidi has no reason at all to hate lauren and i think shes just following in the footsteps of her bf. Although everyone says Heidi is making a mistake with spencer i dont belive that.. i think hes extremely nice to her and caring. Lauren and spencer should learn to get along with each other. There getting a little to old for all of this drama.. but it makes good TV!
