It seems as though the fate of Britney Spears’ parenthood lies in the hands of her on-again/off-again assistant, Allie Sims.

Early Sunday morning, Allie (who is also Britney’s cousin), was served with court papers from K-Fed’s lawyer, that stated she would have to reveal Britney’s skills as a parent in order for Brit to prevent K-Fed from obtaining full physical custody of their 2 boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

But Britney’s parenting skills won’t be the only thing Allie will be grilled on. She will also have to reveal her best friend’s outrageous partying habits; specifically, Brit’s love for alcohol.

The temporary blowout between Brit and Allie a few weeks ago has everyone wondering whether or not Allie is preparing to slam the pop tart’s parenting skills in court.

For a while, it seemed as though Allie was actively supporting K-Fed in the parenting battle.

But over the past week or so, it seems as though she and Brit have worked things out. The on-again/off-again friends have been seen hanging out lately, and everything appears to be back to normal.

According to sources, Allie was furious that she was served with the papers. Perhaps it’s because, legally, she has to tell the truth about her best friend.
