The custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline is getting intense and Kevin is pulling out all the stops to gain full custody of their two young boys.

Fed-Ex initiated the battle when he announced he would be fighting for full physical custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Shortly after his declaration, Kevin began putting his plan into action.

Kevin’s first victim? Britney’s cousin and sometime assistant, Allie Simms.

Allie was furious when she received court papers, requiring her to testify against Britney and her parenting skills in front of a judge. And my guess is, Kevin’s second target and Brit’s former boyfriend, J.R. Rotem, wasn’t impressed either.

Both parties were delivered court papers early Sunday morning requiring them to reveal the truth about Spears’ parenting skills.

While Britney continues to act as though nothing is happening – she even took her two boys out for dinner last night in L.A. – Kevin and his lawyers continue to expose the former pop princess for the poor mother they claim her to be.

But who’s the latest victim in Kevin’s search for revenge?

According to Perez Hilton, it’s Britney’s ex boy-toy/bodyguard, Daimon Shippen.

Apparently Kevin, along with the rest of America, has also noticed that Daimon and Britney are no longer on speaking terms.

Perhaps the stud muffin has some dirt to dish on Brit as well. Kevin obviously thinks so or he wouldn’t have subpoenaed him to court.

First Allie, then J.R. and now Daimon. Who will Kevin target next?

Maybe he should ask Brit’s mom to testify. That would really sent the pop tart over the edge…again!
