With the rumor mill spinning in full force around Brangelina, the incessant speculation of a breakup has everyone wondering if Brad would go back to his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
We were all curious about and captivated by the Brangelina story when they first got together (very soon after Brad left Jennifer, I might add!). But while Brad and Jen fans were heartbroken when they split up, watching the new team of Brad and Angie develop was kind of like seeing a train wreck – you just couldn’t look away.
"Mr. and Mrs. Smith", even though Brangelina will deny this if you asked them, seemed to be the start of Pitt’s infatuation with Angelina. But it wasn’t a one-way street; Angelina was lusting after Brad.
But there’s a difference between lust and love. And while the desire between the Brangelina lasted longer than it does with most Hollywood couples, it’s easy to see that the fire is fading - and fast. I really feel for the Brangelina Brood, though. What a mess if they do go the Splitsville route!
Brad and Angie had their time in the spotlight, but it’s time to face the facts: Brad is simply better off with Jen. A bold statement, I know – but I believe that it’s true.
And while the odds of Jen taking Brad back if Brangelina did call it quits are slim, they are not out of the question.
When I think of the ultimate Hollywood "it" couple, Brad and Jen immediately spring to mind.
I’m willing to bet we haven’t seen the last of Brennifer – seems like a reunion is in the works for these two (or am I just being a romantic?).
