As though Lindsay Lohan doesn’t already have a rap sheet longer than her resume, she can now add being sued to her stellar list of accomplishments.

Apparently the woman Lilo was chasing the night of her second alleged DUI wants compensation. Tracie Rice claims Lohan, “put me through one of the most frightening experience of my life.” It’s amazing how far some people will go to make a little extra cash.

While Lindsay’s former assistant's mom was the driver of the SUV, Tracie states that she, “was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed.

Lilo isn’t the only one who needs her knuckles rapped though. The suit also states that the victim was frightened because, “police officers approached all of them with guns drawn.”

Rice is seeking unspecified damages and payment of medical (and other) expenses, but what exactly is the suit for? Intentionally scaring the hell out of her? While we’re somewhat sympathetic with Rice, we’re also pretty sure Lilo didn’t know or care who she involved in her drama.

It wasn’t personal, just another example of Lilo’s brilliant career boosting activities.
