Before you can even say “they tried to make me go to rehab,”  Lindsay Lohan is stirring up the tabloids with another hot scandal.

Straight from the books of Paris Hilton, Lohan was caught in photos sporting a bruise on her cheek – pics on Perez Hilton show a mark visible enough to raise speculation on where Lindsay might have gotten her latest battle scars.

Lohan’s not the first to appear publicly with bruises of a questionable nature. The aforementioned Ms. Hilton, Madonna and even Michael Jackson have all had their black and blues caught by cameras. You have to wonder, by flouting them publicly, are they not asking to become tabloid fodder for rumors like abusive relationships, plastic surgery woes and even police brutality?

Just a little advice for Lindsay and company: If you want to complain about invasions of privacy and wild rumors, take some makeup tips from your on-staff professionals and at least make a token effort to cover up what you supposedly don't want seen. Trust us, we won’t be nearly as curious if you don’t put it right in front of the camera lens.
