The latest celeb couple to head for Splitsville is chick-rocker Pink and motocross racer Carey Hart, as confirmed by Pink representative Michele Schweitzer earlier today.

Despite often purporting domestic bliss in their nearly two year marriage, relationship red flags have been waving for the two since August – rumors of Cary’s cheating and Pink’s hectic schedule are just two of the possible reasons circulating for the split.

Still, according to Schweitzer, the separation is amicable. “This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another,” she said. “While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

Best friends? Love and respect? We guess that beats the mudslinging and blame game of nasty breakups like Heather Mills and Paul McCartney or Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, but it certainly doesn’t give the tabloids much to talk about.

But for taking the high road thus far in their split, and because we’re a little sad to see this loveable bad-ass couple part ways, we’ll refrain from digging up any dirt or attempting to point fingers…and we’ll also overlook any references to the irony of the name Pink Hart.
