Okay, we don’t often get gushy around here, and we’re certainly a little jaded when it comes to celebrity relationships – but we just can’t help getting giddy when it comes to Drew Barrymore and Justin Long!

We all know Drew’s had a bit of trouble in the romance department, given her two failed marriages, first to bar owner Jeremy Thomas and then actor Tom Greene. But despite her bizarre love matches, we keep rooting for her to come out on top – and we think she has in her latest relationship with actor and Mac-cutie Justin Long. The two have been all over the place looking smiley and adorable, and could barely contain themselves on the Oprah Winfrey show, where Drew made an appearance on Monday. From the audience, Justin had only glowing things to say about his best girl, including, “She smells good, she’s beautiful and funny. The most compassionate person I’ve ever met.”

Her compassion was made evident on the show with her announcement that she would be personally donating $1 million to the World Food Programme, an organization she has been involved with for a number of years, whose mission is to help feed children in Africa.

“I have seen with my own eyes what a difference a simple cup of nutritious porridge can make in a child’s life,” the actress said. “It helps them learn, stay healthy and sets them on track for a bright future.”

It looks to us like our beloved Drew is finally getting her ducks in a row, and it’s showing in her personal life. We’re rooting for her and Justin to make it as a celebrity couple, so we can just keep feeling this good!
