After joining forces with Ciroc vodka, rap mogul Sean Combs (aka Diddy, Puff Daddy, whatever) is making plans to start an elite car service for Hollywood’s finest public drunkards. The service will be available in the California area to celebrities who have had too much to drink while out at clubs or parties, transporting them safely and discreetly back to their mansions.

No yellow cabs with crusty we-don’t-want-to-know-what on the back seat and drivers gettin’ all up in your business for A-listers - not with Diddy on the scene!

When asked what his goal was with the service, Diddy jokingly replied, “To make sure no one gets arrested!” Which likely has Lindsay Lohan, Michelle Rodriguez and Mischa Barton, all of whom have been convicted of DUI, asking “What took you so long?”

Although it’s possible that rich celebs could simply pay their own chauffeurs to bandy them about from party to party, we think P. Diddy’s service is a great idea. It takes the thinking out of drinking for the fun-loving beautiful people, and chances are they already have his number on their speed dial anyway.

In fact we think Diddy’s idea is so great that he should just hire a car to permanently follow Tara Reid, and consider it a long term investment. And really, anything that keeps a boozy Mel Gibson from calling a female cop “Sugar T**s” is a public service in our books – thanks for being a good Samaritan Puffy!
