Paula Abdul has been accused having a serious alcohol problem after some erratic behavior on the set of American Idol and her slip-up during last night’s episode proved the loveable judge really is seeing and hearing double.

Last night, during American Idol’s April 29th episode Paula made a huge mistake when giving the final contestants their feedback.

“The second song I felt like your usual charm it wasn’t...it was missing for me, it kind of left me a little empty,” Paula tells Jason of his second performance last night. "The two songs made me feel like you're not fighting hard enought to get into the top four," she said of both performances.

Now, here's the kicker: Jason only sang one song when Paula gave him this feedback - as Randy politely pointed out just as the crowd started giggling.

What was Paula’s reaction to the whole mix-up?

“Oh my God, I thought you sang twice.” 

Come on Paula, wake up!

You’re getting paid millions of dollars to judge these singers three times a week, the least you can do is pay attention to their performances.
