George Clooney and Sarah Larson’s romantic relationship had all the ingredients to become one of Hollywood’s true fairytale stories - until they broke up, that is.

The relationship began when Larson was working as a cocktail waitress at The Whiskey Bar in Las Vegas and caught the eye of sexy Mr. George Clooney. The lucky former model was instantly swept off her feet and fireworks sparked for the happy couple.

Over the past year, George and his trophy girlfriend were seen getting nice and cozy at some of Hollywood’s most prestigious events – including the Venice Film Festival and the Oscars.

Larson made romance history with Clooney when she accompanied him as his date to the Oscar Awards, as none of his other girlfriends had been asked to the event.

Rumors of a fairytale wedding spread through the entertainment industry like wildfire but, like almost every other Hollywood relationship, the couple ended up calling it quits.

And while the breakup is bad news for Sarah, it’s good news for millions of women around the world who, once again, see a glimmer of hope that they will become Mrs. George Clooney.
