Tonight is the night Beverly Hills 90210 fans have been anxiously awaiting for years. The 2 hour return of one the hottest shows from the ‘90s is scheduled to air and is expected to take fans by storm.
But with no pre-screening (not even for critics), many dedicated fans are wondering whether they’re setting themselves up for disappointment.

Last night’s season premieres of Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill proved there’s a market for this type of television show. Each show had a huge increase in viewership for last night's premieres compared to last season, leaving behind a lot of pressure for tonight's kick off of 90210.
But with popular former cast members like Jenny Garth and Shannon Doherty returning to primetime, it seems like CW has another recipe for success. But can they pull it off?
