Stolen photos of Jamie-Lynn Spears breastfeeding her baby daughter, Maddie, have sparked controversy in the entertainment industry this week.

It appears that someone stole Jamie-Lynn’s boyfriend’s camera after he left it with a local Walmart for developing. According to sources, the culprit could face more than minor theft charges if he/she are found – they may be facing pornography related charges as well.

If the stolen photos (which are thought to have been taken and duplicated by an employee at the store) are bought or sold by any party, that individual or group could face pornography charges involving a minor (because Jamie-Lynn is only 17) which could result in a federal prison sentencing.

The photos in question reportedly show Jamie-Lynn, Casey Aldridge and their daughter Maddie spending quality time together. One photo is said to reveal Jamie Lynn’s entire left breast (taken while she was breastfeeding their little girl) and another reportedly shows Jamie Lynn holding her baby while wearing negligee.  

There’s no word on who’s holding the photos, or if that person plans on marketing the photos to tabloids or magazines.

One thing is certain: if they decide to cash in on pics, they better be ready to defend their actions in court. Hundreds of thousands of dollars is pretty much worthless from behind bars.
