We've been speculating since the premiere of The Bachelor 13 that Jason Mesnick, chooses Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Melissa Rycroft on the finale episode – and we might just have proof that our speculations are true.
Thanks to a comment left by a loyal ThinkFashion reader (BachFan), we were the first to report that Jason Mesnick chooses Melissa at the final rose ceremony. And while many have speculated otherwise, it seems as though some people have taken the time to confirm the reports.
One YouTube video (shown below) shows a clip of Jason proposing on the final day. The previews have never changed and both Jason and the woman he chooses are still wearing the same thing ABC showed in the first preview that aired at the end of the premiere episode.
In the video below, you’ll see a pinky ring on the right hand of the woman Jason chooses. Some viewers speculate that Stephanie is the lucky woman to win Jason’s heart but you may also notice that Steph is extremely skinny and Melissa has a little bit more meat on her arms. In one part of the clip, you see the back of the woman’s arm – and it definitely looks more like Melissa’s arm than Stephanies.
Jason also mentioned in post-film interviews that he fell in love with two women during the taping of the show. We suspect the other woman is Molly – but we doubt he’d choose her in the end.

Update: Well we weren't wrong. He did propose to Melissa - but then he dumped her and asked to be with Molly afterwards. Jerk!

Um, not that I really care, but here in Alabama a local station did an interview with hometown girl Stephanie, in which she's wearing rings on three fingers of her right hand, including a gold pinkie ring.
I think that Jason will get whoever he wants. These girls are all excited, not just about him, but about being on tv and all the lights and being stars, that's what they're falling in love with.
Funny that I saw Melissa in Uptown tonight w a guy and it wasn't The Bachelor....

IDK ... not all that thrilled with any of the women this season, except Stephanie, and she's gone now.
My prediction before I even saw any of this, since the first night I told my family it was going to be either Melissa or Molly and as the show got farther on I believed it more.
I think it's gonna come down to Melissa and Molly, and I like them both but I get the feeling Melissa is gonna get the ring :)

I have been rooting for Melissa since the first episode. My daughter and would see her on CMT when she was trying out for the cheerleading squad.

I am not choosing Molly because she has family issues. Something is wrong with her mother who she calls by her first name "Maryanne". This does not seem loving or respectful and I am glad that Jason noticed this as well. Jason must ignore several things such as Molly's pretty eyes, her passionate kisses, and whatever they did in the tent. In addition, a gentleman would not test the goods then dump her on TV. Molly at least deserves to be runner-up.

most disappointing season ever...knew from the beginning with stupid editing and preview by ABC that it was Melissa and who wants to watch playdates with kids. Gag me with the proverbial spoon.
I think the ending to this season is going to be awesome. Yes Deanna comes to see Jason but I think the reason for her visit is to tell him he let the wrong girl go-Jillian. We hear Deanna tell Jason that she made a mistake with her decision on the bachelorette but he still has a chance to find happiness and that Jillian is the one for him.
Its seem like the ending of the season is high on the mountain. This is where Jillian and Jason spent their date. I really really hope i'm right. I think Jillian is wonderful and sincere.
