I agree. I have loved Melissa since the beginning and I feel so bad that she might get dumped. How humiliating! Plus, she's always talking about how she's always been hurt. Makes me think ABC is editing it so we're even more disappointed when she's not picked. ABC if you're reading this the only way i will watch the show again if Melissa isn't picked is if you make her the next bachelorette.

I have been a faithful viewer of this show since Season 2.    Jason is edited to be a decent guy, emotional maybe, but seems real. The viewers have been  given  the love story with Melissa. If this rumor is true, they must have left many details out about Molly. Both girls seem like the real deal.  If the editing is setting us up for a huge "shock" I am done.  Show the love story, the real one. That's why we watch.  Don't show Melissa professing her love repeatedly and then throw her off a cliff.  Molly can't even look Jason in the eye when she says she loves him... or at least that hasn't been shown. We are not watching for humiliation, we want the happy ending, not dramatic shocking moments. Show us the real story. If he chooses Molly, you've left too much of the show on the cutting room floor.  Shame on you for building her up and forcing us to watch her fall.  I think she deserves a chance at being the next Bachelorette, but hopefully she will think twice.

1. Would ABC "dress" the finger of the woman who is quite clearly the winner with a ring? No.  Thus: Melissa is the winner.

2. Would ABC "pump" Jillian as the new Bachlorette on the Women Tell All show, if they thought they could get Melissa? No.

3. Deana had to be on ATFR show, but she did not want to wait the months it normally takes to tape that show, so they did it early so she could get on with life...

4. Jason said he was engaged when show premiered...According to Reality Guy's THeory, thist means he would have introduced Ty to Melissa as "The One"...waited a few weeks...and changed his mind.  Is that Jason?  No.

Thus: Melissa is the winner, DeAna gets another farewell on ATFR, and Molly has a career in Vampiry...Good Luck, Ladies!

Melissa, as Jason stated, is  the most beautiful, sweet, and fun person he has ever met. I must say, her inner and outer beauty shines through. She seems very real and down to earth. I agree that if this girl gets dumped on National TV I will be done with the Bachelor for good. She seems like a genuine person and if they do this to her for ratings, that really sucks! If Jason does this to her on Nat'l TV she is better off without him!  Molly, (who appears to be a snob who acts about 14,) and Jason deserve each other. He makes me sick now. IF he really picks Melissa- then dumps her, for either Miss Country Club or Miss Pappas. Then we have ALL been fooled.  Fooled into thinking Jason was this jaded, broken, single father (you know you fell in love with that) who was tired of being hurt.  And everything's telling us that he's going to do the very thing that he's tired of having done to him in his life. SO- Jason is not who we have thought he is.  And this is the fault of the show. ABC must spend a multitude of hours in the editing room.  Poor Melissa.  If this really happens....................... I AM DONE.  I will not watch this show anymore.

We trust that we are watching the events as they happen, not pieces of moments in a day that ultimately are edited to tell the story they want to tell. Thus, they get the ratings they want for a "Shocker" and not what "REALITY TV" is supposed to be.

I THINK JASON IS RIDICULOUSLY RETARDED.  Melissa is absolutely stunning, sweet and freakin funny.  I can't believe he would do that.  If all of this is somehow unconceivably true then my vote is for Melissa to be the next Bachelorette.  Although supposedly Jillian is already the next Bachelorette.  I have watched every single bachelor and bachelorette season since Alex and Trista (the original bachelor and bachelorette)  I have seen all 17 seasons and I can guarantee that I will NEVER watch one more single episode of this dispicable show.  I'm sure losing just one devoted fan will seem like no big deal at all (big whoop) But I truly hope that somewhere out there, other people feel the same way as I do.  Melissa is awesome.

It sounds like Melissa's parents were right afterall.  Funny when the scripted sitcoms become closer to reality than "reatity TV".  Melissa's family was right to stay away from the circus.  Jason is a good actor - perhaps a new vocation for him.  He certainly had me convinced he was a stand up guy.  ah well....the first wife left him for a reason; perhaps we should have looked into that to see his true caracter.  Melissa is a sweet girl - I know her and she is every bit as adorable as she appears.  Everything happens for a reason, Melissa.  Remember that and look forward to your day.

I cant believe what jason did to melissa! She was my favourtie girl from the start! and if he was going to let her go you'd think he would have the heart to do it in newzealand instead of giving her hope for a future with him and them taking it away! After what deanna did to him and how he always talked about being hurt in relationships, how could he play with someones heart like that? Melissa deserves way better then that. I was so totally shocked to see what Jason did to Melissa.  I watched Melissa on the Dallas cowboys and now the bachelor, she is very genuine with her feelings.  If this was all staged, which i believe it was, it is wrong and if Jason was in on it, then he is not what he seemed to be.  I believe Melissa was true to her heart and deserves the chance at love that you all took away from her!!!

I think what ABC did to Melissa was terrible. She was clearly the right choice for Jason and Melissa was right in being angry. I agree. I have been watching the Bachelor and the Bachelorette for years. Although I love jason; he claims he was honest. He may have been honest with during his time with Melissa until the end. Absolutely!  Melissa should be picked as the next Bachelorette!  And, just for the record, Jason did lie to her.  He told her on national TV that he loved her and then he dumped her for another woman he couldn't get out of his mind. Yeah, whatever!

What Molly had going for her was her slutty sexcapades.  I have never seen a bachelorette act so slutty on TV.  Molly admitted that her relationship with Jason started as a physical one and I guess the slutty sex got him hooked.

So done with the show, what Jason did was so messed up and I am so done with it. Dumping a girl like Melissa on national tv is so messed up in fact dumping any girl on national tv is screwed up. Take the show off the air it is so staged and no working there is only like two couples together still.

My wife watches this show religiously. I watched it this year. Couldn't stand Jason. He's such a whiney, sentimental pansy.  The best part was when Melissa laid the smack down on him and laid bare all of his dopey, psychobabble, existential nonsense. He's like a stupid stream of consciousness counseling session. My appreciation of Melissa went way up.  I feel sorry for Molly.

Ok, first of all Jason is a jerk, liar, and a bad father.  Melissa is wonderful and she deserves a man that will love her unconditionally.  I really don't think that she should do the Bachelorette but regardless I'm fed up with ABCs antics and am never watching the Bachelor or Bachelorette again.

I think the best thing would be for all of us to boycott the "After the Final Rose 2" tomorrow night, ABC needs to realize that their viewers don't appreciate breaking a wonderful woman's heart on national television.  Seriously, what is this world coming to?

Last night's show was a total shocker but I knew all along that Melissa was too immature for Jason. I think that he picked her for his nurturing side as a father who couldn't hurt his little princess. Let's face it we only saw up to the point of the proposal we do not know what happened afterwards and perhaps when the lights went down Melissa showed a different side to her. Was she really in love with Jason? I don't think so, I believe if she really loved him her first reaction would have been devastation. She cryed more before the proposal then she did after he ended the relationship and Melissa is a very emotional person something wasn't right there. When she first walked onto the set before the breakup she was detached and aloof she knew what was going to happen.  Personally I think that Jason should have ended the relationship in private and perhaps he did because Melissa was not lovey dovey when she came on the show so I think that he did but they played it out on air as I guess ABC thinks that is what viewers want to see drama..drama..drama. From the beginning Jason said that Molly was the best kisser...this isn't because Molly has a special talent with kissing it's because they matched. I believe that Deanna totally threw Jason off and befuddled his head playing her little head games.As for Melissa being the next bachelorette...no way she is way too immature even if she is a year older then Molly there is a real difference between the 2 one is an adult the other just wanted the fairy tale wedding and would have ended in a divorce. You dont'  make a commitment to love someone and spend the rest of your life with them just for the good times.  You make that commitment to get you through the ROUGH times..  And if i were Molly, i would be real concerned that he can change his heart so easily.  If he did it to Melissa what is stopping him from doing it to her on down the road.

Melissa's not only absolutely beautiful she has an awesome personality.  She is too mature for Jason.  Jason is a complete jerk for dumping her on natioanl tv....how disrespectful.  He doesn't know what he wants.  I think he was about to fall in love with the jewelry merchandiser ha!  Make Mellissa the next bachlorette, she deserves to find her true love and we will all tune back in for that!

Melisssa  seemed liked she was good with his kid, and she was just a sweetheart. I would be really mad to if i was in her position, but the season finale after he sent molly home he was crying really hard, its like right there it looked like he felt like he made a mistake. I think Melissa would of had heartbreak regardless of the outcome on ATFR last night.  It's clear Deanna's visit had some impact on Jason's decision She made a comment she chose the WILDCARD and of the SAFECARD what she was actually lookin for in the long wrong.  Jason chose the SAFECARD because he didn't want heartbreak like Deanna, even though his heart was leading him 2 the WILDCARD which was Molly and there's nothing wrong w/ chosin the WILDCARD but in the end Melissa had to pay the price for Jason's for his momentary lapse of judgement.  ABC, I don't think set anything up for RATINGS, but if they were smart they would allow Melissa her chance of LOVE.  Melissa has always said life experiences happen for reason & she learns from them.  Melissa's moment of HEARTBREAK on ATFR is just the beginning of her lifetime of happiness w/ prince charmin.  ABC let her have this chance to make her life experiences happen, Melissa is a the most genuine person I have ever seen on either the Bachelor & Bachlorette this is a very RARE thing.  Melissa has a GIFT allow her to share this w/ someone.  I hope Melissa would allow herself this opportunity.

i have been a great fan of Melissa from the very beginning. Ever since the first date, Melissa and Jason had spark going between them. The others girls at times made it very difficult but with the final show. Jason's parents really made it obvious that he would pick Melissa. I have all respect for Molly but she was very low in saying that Jason made a mistake instead of being happy for him. If she really loved him she would have been I'm happy for you like Jillian but she showed a very rude and conceited attitude with that remark. Jason has proved himself to be no better than Brad with what he did. DeAnna told him to choose with his heart and he did but after 6 weeks he want to go crawling back to Molly. Why? He not only has hurt himself again but Melissa as well. He will never find the true happiness with Molly that he could've with Melissa because he gave up and went with the "wild card" like DeAnna. Molly is very career oriented and Ty clearly does not like her as much as he likes playing with Melissa. She also has a very slutty and party like personality which really threw many people off but Jason only sees that in her. I personally think he made the biggest mistake of his life and will regret it. MELISSA R. should be the next bachelorette because she will not make this mistake and she will love the guy she chooses and not hurt herself again like dumb Jason. MELISSA FOR BACHELORETTE!!!

OK, this is for everyone on these sites. Someone very close to me was her longest boyfriend. Im sorry but this girl is not what you all think she is. Just made me sick to my stomach to watch her talk as if she was always the one who got dumped. Truth is that she has always been dumping people. Every since we were all younger, melissa has always wanted to be the center of attention. I really hope that ABC is a lot smarter then to make Melissa the next Bachelorette....it would be like having another Deanna a fake and a phoney...Honestly people how many bachelors do you think will be able to handle that baby voice and whimper..Do you really want to watch the show with her crying all the time??? Now producers are really concern about fact, that people did not believe any more that it was real Jason's life. Today on Ellen's show Jason claims that all decisions were his own plus in PEOPLE magazine he swears his son's life , that he proposed Melissa for real. So, I want to believe if he swears by Ty, he is telling the truth(but still he should not bring Ty, swears by your own life!-it's not smart.)  I just think, if he was torn, he should not propose at all, he was defiantly not ready.
