Looks like Alex Murrel finally got her wish and will get her 15 minutes of fame! However, it is not for the right reasons, the former Laguna Beach star was caught in a drug bust with her Peruvian boyfriend.

TMZ.com reported that;

Feds and local police raided the house Alex rents in Orange County last week and arrested a man identified as her boyfriend for felony possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Law enforcement sources tell us they found the cocaine "packaged for sale."

Murrel herself was not charged, but she was interviewed as a witness.

Alex, in case you forgot, was in the second season of the MTV reality show and was trying to get her music career started.

I am almost 100% sure that Alex still lives with Ashley Zarlin from The Real Housewives of Orange County and, I wonder how Ashley's mom is handling another one of her kids being a druggie.
