Former American Idol Sweetheart, Kelly Pickler, returned to the Idol stage last night to sing her hit “Best Days of Your Life.” The blonde cutie belted out the song she and her best friend Taylor Swift co-wrote together after Kellie was abruptly dumped by her ex-boyfriend, hockey player Jordin Tootoo.

But it wasn’t the controversial lyrics in her song like “It’s just too bad you’ve already had the best days of your life” that's making headlines this morning - it was her noticeably different face and body!

We all know that Kellie Pickler had plastic surgery to enhance her boobs (she admitted to it shortly after she finished Idol) but has she been under the knife again? By the looks of Kellie face, it appears she may have a minor plastic surgery addiction.

If you take a look at Kellie’s performance last night on Idol, you’ll notice her lips are considerably fuller than they have been in previous photos. Even the look of her eyes appears different.

It’s possible that she hasn’t had any plastic surgery (except breast implants) since her stint on Idol but, from the way she looked last night, we’d bet on summer wardrobe on the fact that she has.
