Carrie Prejean - Miss. California 2009 and Miss USA runner-up 2009 - appears to have some more shocking news uncovered in Star Magazine's June 1 issue - and no it's not more nudy shots of the 22-year-old blonde (sorry, guys).
Prejean's mother, Francine Coppola, has reportedly been secretly indulging in a steamy lesbian affair with Valerie Vetrano, an openly gay sales rep who's been seen heating things up with the former Mrs. Prejean in several lesbian bars over the last few years.
Let's just recap an answer of Prejean's to Perez Hilton's question, at the April 19th pageant: "You know what..in my country, in my family, I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman, no offense to anybody out there."
These words must of felt like a thousand knives piercing Francine's heart that night. Supposedly, it was around this time that Francine told Valerie that their relationship had to end due to the fact that she was a Christian and that her loved ones would never accept her if she were gay.
Anyone else see the irony in this story?
Valerie believed that Francine wanted her to be a keep-quiet mistress but Valerie isn't ashamed of herself and who she. Valerie is a happy, strong individual who isn't afraid to show the world who she is and was not happy keeping their relationship a secret.
Back in 1996 Francine divorced Carrie's father, Wil Prejean. It was then that Francine embarked on her journey of self-discovery.
During the split gay accusations were reportedly flying from both Wil and Francine according to court documents. Years later is when Carrie Prejean appeared in an anti-same-sex marriage television ad for the National Organization for Marriage.
We're 99.9 percent sure that if Carrie Prejean was offered the right amount of money, she'd partake in a little lesbian action herself. Hey, she took off her clothes and posed for cameras...what's a little girl-on-girl action for a couple extra bucks in the bank.
Desperate times call for desperate measures, right Carrie?
