Today Kate said the most truthful thing I have ever heard her say. . . .Jon always listens to the person next to him.  Kate is upset that the person is no longer her.  I was always on team Jon (because I watched the show), but now I'm on team 8.  I'm hoping that Jon's actions are a ploy to get out of the show, even though he is going about it all wrong.  I hope he returns to being the more grounded parent and think about his children so Kate can stop being the wounded one.

The show was started as a way to provide for their children. It is unfortunate that the marriage could not survive, but the children stil need to be provided for. After seeing Jon's behavior for the last 10 months, I can see why she was so hard on him. Someone in the family had to keep it together to make sure the kids were provided for. Kate has endured relentless humiliation due to Jon's irresponsible actions and she has remained relatively quiet. Her previous interviews have been to support the show, and her comments about Jon have basically been pretty tame. Compare that to Jon's rampage in the media and his unseemly behavior while still married. What is she supposed to do when this irresponsible "father" steals the money used to keep a roof over their children's heads in order to support his disgusting lifestyle? This is a man totally out of control. How anyone can still be supportive of him is beyond me.

Kate Gosselin is a narcissistic publicity hound destroying her children’s lives.  Both parents need to accept responsible for putting those children in an ill-advised and untenable situation that is most assuredly destroying their childhood.  And while BOTH parents are initially to blame for this mess, at least Jon is now trying to end a situation that will probably wind up sending all those children to therapy.  My advice to both Kate and Jon...grow up and get a real life job and stop exploiting those children.  I use to watch this show in the beginning and thought what a wonderful family to see...but now all I see are children patterning their behavior after their spoiled and self-absorbed parents.  I haven't watched this show since this whole divorce thing occurred and I will hope anyone still watching will realize the detriment this is doing to the whole family and stop watching it themselves.  If Kate is so self-absorbed that she can’t see the harm being done, maybe the public can do it for her.

Something tells me that this divorce is going to get a whole lot uglier!  I wish these two could put their differences aside and try to act like adults for the sake of their children.

As for Jon I do know he said on 20/20 that he was in talks on a new show with k-fed and Mr Lohan but his lawyers were trying to work out and check his contract. to me he is for his self and nothing else.  he is an IT person but i do not see him trying to get a job. what is he going to do for money to keep his women not the kids.  why live in NY when your kids are in PA.

I can't belve this that is just unbelivible. I am seriosly suprised. I can't believe that Jon has sunk that low. I mean leaving his family with only 1,000 dollars. How could he do this with like 10,000 dollar rent. Like seriosly. How are they going to live? Man I am so on the Kate Team. She is a little cold-hearted, but after what Jon did... she has the softest heart ever.
