The 2010 Grammy Awards have officially started and the red carpet excitement is coming to an end as the thrill of the most prestigious awards show in the industry begins.
All we can say is hopefully the Grammy Awards themselves are more entertaining than the Red Carpet fashion we saw during the pre-show. Every year, we’re intrigued to see the best and worst dressed on the Grammy red carpet but this year was hugely disappointing.
High profile musical sensations like Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are trying way too hard to stand out in 2010 and we’re definitely not impressed. If you're really confident in your beauty, you shouldn't have to try so hard to get noticed!
Surprisingly, it was some of the most under-rated celebrities at the awards show that have scored top spot on our best-dressed list – and some of the hottest music stars landing on our worst.

While few stars have graced our best dressed list so far tonight (we’re sure there will be more as the red carpet pics roll in), the few women who did have killed it.
Looking gorgeous in an intricately designed black feathered ensemble, Lea Michele proves she has the know-how to work the red carpet with the best of them. Dressed in a polar opposite short white mini is Victoria’s Secret model Marissa Miller who showed off her flattering figure and tanned body in a simple but sexy strapless number.
*Update: We've just added 2 more ladies to the list of Best Dressed. Those two women are none other than Victoria's Secret model and Project Runway host Heidi Klum and everyone's favorite little superstar Taylor Swift.
Worst Dressed at the 2010 Grammys
While we only have 2 women on the best dressed list as of right now, there are more than enough making our worst dressed list. The three women so out of control on the red carpet that they’re taking home gold for flopping are arguably the most influential women in music right now. Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry all came up short when it came to sexy red carpet dresses this year. Take a look at the photos and see if you agree. Sorry ladies, better luck next year.
