After Miley Cyrus attended the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event on Sunday night, rumors began to swirl that she had breast augmentation surgery.

Miley wore a low-cut dress to the event and was certainly looking busty, but she denies that she's gone under the knife. On her Twitter account, she addressed the rumors:

"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

Radar Online brought in a supposed expert who said that it's likely Cyrus has had some kind of breast enhancement procedure performed on her, but there is very little evidence supporting the notion that she is no longer all-natural. She has been photographed on the beach in a bikini top in recent months and she didn't look any different than she has in images from previous years.

Instead, it seems far more likely that Miley's busty appearance was the result of a push-up bra or some well-placed supportive tape.
