thats pritty stupied to say that she is in jail for 43 then 35 then 23 and then she gets out in the 3rd day....and she should live without pink and still getting what she wants

It seems fairly straightforward to me: the judge’s explicit orders were that Miss Priss was to cool off in jail for 23 days and think about her flagrant violation of parole. It’s not about driving on a suspended license. It’s about disregarding the terms of her parole and giving the finger to the legal system. The judge’s order stated explicitly that she was NOT TO DO HER TIME UNDER HOUSE ARREST. To violate a judge’s order is also a crime. Hilton needs to go back to prison and the sheriff who violated the court order needs to be punished. Otherwise, there wll be an outbreak of disregard for the law the likes of which LA has not seen since the Watts riots.

I don't understand this at all watching hannity and combs tonight listening to two defense attourneys *** at one another.

one says that more or less it isn't fair, michelle rodriuqez has a wrap sheet and she was realsed early on her charge and it wasn't a big deal.

I say listen, life isn't fair, it isn't fair that normal american citiczen have to serve a year in jail for the same kind of issue, not 45, 35, 23, days. then have a suspended license after that..

the fact that she is paris hilton is the reason that this is such a big fucking deal. The fact that we as americans have made her so popular and for what? This is the reason it's such a big deal. When she was complaining about Michelle R. my father looks at me and says who is that?

and the only way to explain it is that girl from fast and furious, she's a B lister not a A lister and that's why it's so publicized.

now the other attourney was saying that this is wrong, paris was disrespectful to the law her family were being jerks in the court room, and things of that nature.

In order to learn a lesson, you have to sit down and think about what you did, and paris hilton in incapable of doing such a thing.

Especially on house arrest,
