Nobody can know what goes on their marriage unless they are close personal friends or family, but I think your conjecture on the reason for the divorce is sound and insightful. I actually thought a long time ago when I heard that Mutt never accompanies Shania to events that it was definitely something I wouldn't want and that I wondered if the marriage could sustain how determined they both are, but particularly Mutt is, to stay under the radar. I mean, I get upset if my husband is late coming home from work and I have to watch the nightly baseball game without him. Of course, if they hadn't stayed under the radar, the scrutiny would have gotten them. People do pay some high prices for fame.

It's too bad. My condolences.

I love her so much, and I was really surprised but she's a strong woman and she'll get over it, she's a fantastic lady and deserves the best things in life.

Shania is a very strong woman, and i know it is going to take her awhile to get over the split. I never thought that this would ever happen to Shania and Robert(mutt), but i guess i was wrong, it could happen to anyone.

I don`t know much too comment on Shania and Mutt ,but i do feel there was too much of an age gap between them to start with. It always causes problems i have so many friends who married older guys and it ends up the same" that they have nothing in common anymore"

Shania is amazing and will come back with even better music my heart goes out for her at least she had a lovely little boy that came out of the marriage to keep her will power going GOOD LUCK SHANIA X

I think Shania has been through a lot in her life and she certainly didn't need this relationship with "MUTT" another woman to break up her marriage. Maybe he needed to go for counseling to help with the problem he has. How can he be interested in another woman that is not nearly as pretty and sweet as Shania. She worshipped the ground he walked on while they were married. But you know what.........She is probably better off not to worry about him. Let him go his merry way. EVERY DOG HAS HIS DAY AND HIS WILL COME FOR DOING WHAT HE DID TO SHANIA..... The strong survive and she is a strong woman!!!!

Uh, maybe that's all an act and she's really a total controlling ***. Maybe he spent 14 years of his life grinning and bearing a monster. I don't buy the poor, poor Shania thing, especially when you research further into it. Nobody can seem to verify several of her stories and some in the know actually refute them.

Maybe she's a me, me, me diva with tons of baggage. Sure comes across that way to me. Maybe I don't know but maybe you haven't got a clue either which means your comments are ill-based and silly.
