That's not even the same guy! Oh and for your information that photo was taken MONTHS ago, actually both of them really, so this is hardly new news! Really Miley can't even take a picture with a friend and not have people make up stories about it. Oh and then of course the photos come out months and months after they were taken and the media thinks "she's still at it". Well there is nothing racy about any of these photos to start with and since they are all OLD, she's not "still at anything". Oh and when did taking a picture with a boy, mean that person was their boyfriend? Whatever happened to boys and girls just being friends??? You know what it happens, so get your mind out of the gutter!

It's the same guy. I hate to say it but its her backup dancer, Marshall in both photos.

The photo in this post was taken during her best of both worlds tour but the one of her in bed is a new one. I'm a little disappointed in Miley, I have to say. I've been her fan for a while but shes had one too many strikes now, if you ask me.

I'd like to see her parents step in. Its their responsibility to make sure their daughter isnt in bed (even if it is innocent) with a 22 year old boy.

As a mother of a 16 year-old girl I would have to say that I would be sick to my stomach to see photos of my daughter with any boy, nevermind a 22-year-old boy who works for my daughter.

She's had a rough year but its time to step up and start being the role model she's being paid to be. I wouldn't let my kids watch her show. I think she's always been an attention whore and I think it's only going to get worse from here.

I have a six year old who loves Hannah Montana. She does not watch the news or read tabloids so she is unaware of all the picture "scandals". I have no problem allowing her to watch the show or wear Hannah Montana clothing. Most of these scandals are really none issues for me. They're just pictures and we don't know the circumstances behind them.
