Lindsay Lohan has been out of rehab for about 12 hours and is already involved in a naked photo scandal that could ruin her reputation as well as her career as an actress.
 It seems as though Lindsay is taking a chapter from her former BFF, Paris Hilton's book. The 21 year is worried that naked photos of her (taken by her on-again/off-again boyfriend, Calum Best) will be released on the internet in a matter of a few hours if she does not react immediately.
According to Lindsay, someone "broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying he got the pictures Cal took from me naked."
CelebSlam.com has, what appears to be, a legitimate Gmail conversation with the owner of the site and Lilo. According to the site, Lohan is definitely worried that the photos will surface.
In the conversation on Celebslam.com, Lindsay tells the owner of the site that her lawyer knows about what's going on.
Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloane, released a statement stating "Anything is possible. I know nothing about it".
In the past few months Paris Hilton, Vanessa Minnillo, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan have all been caught in naked photo scandals. When will these celebrities learn to keep their privates to themselves?

Ladies, get ready to hit the beach in style - thanks to Jessica Simpson, of course. The 27 year old singer released her new swimsuit line at the Mercedes Benz Miami fashion week on Saturday.
 Jess and her mom, Tina, were thrilled to debut the new line of sexy swimsuits which Jessica says were "inspired by different parts of my personality".
Jessica, who sported a long blue, green and white dress, was said to have picked each model by hand for the much anticipated fashion show.
Simpson's new swimsuit collection features a number of spicy hot bikinis as well as several casual (but sexy) one piece designs.
Jess insists that the new collection will satisfy a number of individual styles. In fact, the "Dukes of Hazard" star promises that the line will offer many elements "from all-American girl to bohemian".
We're used to seeing the highly popular singer in skimpy outfits but Jess insists that she wasn't always so eager to bare her body to the world. "I was always the girl who wore sweat pants and baseball caps to not be intimidating. But now I've learned to embrace beauty as part of my career, as part of my inner soul, as part of who I am."
Jessica will also be launching her very own fragrance line, which is expected to hit stores in July of 2008.

Audiences were shocked when former "Destiny's Child" member, Kelly Rowland fainted onstage during a performance in Nigeria.
The 26 year old singer was hospitalized after unexpectedly collapsing in front of thousands of people. Rowland was taken to Lagos hospital where she is reportedly being treated for dehydration.
Kelly's rep recently released a statement confirming that the cause of the collapse was indeed dehydration. Kelly is recovering in the hospital and is said to be in 'good condition'.
The solo singer was a key element in the ThisDay Music Festival which also featured hot musicians like Shakira, Mode Nine, Rihanna, Ne Yo Asa, UB40 and more.
Kelly released her first solo album after the breakup of Destiny's Child in 2002 and released her 2nd solo album "Ms. Kelly" on July 3rd of this year.
Ms. Rowland is expected to return back to the US on Monday, where she will continue to promote her Ms.Kelly album.

'Tis the season of getting married! Another high profile Hollywood couple tied the knot this weekend in a private ceremony at their LA ranch.
"Ugly Betty" star, Rebecca Romijn and her boyfriend of almost 3 years, Jerry O'Connell said their 'I do's' in an intimate setting with friends and family on Saturday.
 The happy couple met in late 2004 when Rebecca was recruiting help for a documentary she was doing called "Wet Dream". When Jerry heard about the documentary (which choreographed the fountains of Las Vegas' Bellagio hotel and Casino) he had to be a part of the project. The two met and have been in love ever since.
This is the first marriage for Jerry, whose brother Charlie had the fortunate experience of becoming one of the bachelors on ABC's hit TV show "The Bachelor".
Charlie found love with Sara B, a bachelorette looking to settle down. According to Jerry, the two are still currently together, although no plans of marriage have been released.
This will be the second marriage for Rebecca, who was previously married to "Full House" star, John Stamos.
Rebecca walked down the aisle in a gorgeous Ralph Lauren wedding gown and Neil Lane Jewelry.

The much anticipated debut of Victoria Beckham's new reality TV show "Victoria Beckham's Coming to America" is airing tonight and is expected to be a huge hit among Americans. Victoria, who is married to one of the hottest soccer stars in the world (David Beckham), will allow cameras to follow her around as she settles into the American culture and adjusts to living in a completely new country.
The TV show is expected to be quite humorous, as "Posh" brings a new light to simple tasks like getting her photo taken for her new driver's license, having a cup of coffee in a local coffee shop and learning to drive in a completely new country.
The subtly funny "Spice Girl" will show America a whole new side to her - the side that the media has seen but chosen not to expose.
In a recent interview, Victoria cleared up some misconceptions she's received over the years about her personality and her image. Victoria is taking her reality TV show as an opportunity to show the world (America in particular) that she's not stuck up, that she does eat and that she is very down to earth.
And from the many clips I've seen of the wealthy mother of 3, she is actually very down to earth and funny. It looks like her new TV show might result in more fame than she originally anticipated. It's good to see her succeed.
Now if she could just take back that raunchy photo shoot she did with her husband everything would be great. There's no need to expose your sex life to the whole world.

Will Lindsay Lohan fall off the wagon as fast as Britney Spears? The 21 year old was released from the Promises Rehabilitation Center in Malibu, where she completed the full 45 day treatment for substance abuse. Lohan was told she could leave after completing partial treatment but she made the decision to stay longer in order to ensure she was fully treated. But where did the "Mean Girls" star head when she was released from the facility? You guessed it - straight to Vegas!
Lindsay arrived at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas (the same nightclub where she was set to hold her 21st birthday bash at the beginning of the month) to celebrate the birthday of her friend and assistant, Jenny.
But, don't worry Lilo fans, the singer/actress followed all the rules as she danced and had a good time. In fact, she couldn't have a sip pf alcohol without the Promises Center knowing about.
Upon her release, Lindsay voluntarily opted to wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet so there was no question as to whether or not she was staying sober.
Her publicist, Leslie Sloane released a statement claiming that Lindsay "chose to do so that there's no question of her sobriety when she goes to places where alcohol is served". Looks like Lindsay is taking this rehab thing seriously!
Will Lindsay remain on the straight and narrow or will she follow in the footsteps of her former-friend, Britney Spears? Should be interesting to see where our lovely Lilo goes from here!

Everyone remember the phenomenon that is Sanjaya? Well, it's somewhat hard to forget the 17 year old American Idol contestant who is significantly more popular for his hair style than his singing abilities, but many tried. Regardless, Sanjaya Malakar fans were thrilled to see him live in action at the American Idol summer reunion tour in South Carolina.
Sanjaya rocked the crowd singing the hit song "Life is a Highway" (recently re-released by country band Rascal Flatts and originally sung by Tom Cochrane) but not everyone was impressed by Sanjaya's performance. Reports claim that Sanjaya was out of breath and out of tone and could barely get any of the words right. But Sanjaya fans aren't phased by the negative publicity, they continue to support the energetic teenager.
In fact, Sanjaya fans are more in love with him now then they were when he was a contestant on Idol. His dedicated fans screamed and cheered for him as he performed on tour and continue to saturate the internet with hundreds of fan sites. It seems like 'the phenomenon that is Sanjaya' is still going strong.
And while the 17 year old didn't win the American Idol title, he is still believed to be the American Idol by many. One fan claims that "Sanjaya is the real American Idol and always will be". Enough said.

Britney Spears can't catch a break lately. Just days after the 25 year old pop star was accused of hitting the booze again, she gets a call from Children's Services about calls they received claiming she was an unfit mother. Britney was shocked to find out that someone would actually call Children Services acting as though she was treating her children poorly.
It turns out that Britney really had nothing to worry about. The person who called children services is a stalker of Britney's who has apparently become irritated with pop tart over the past few weeks.
After realizing that Britney takes motherhood seriously, the stalker decided to hit her where it hurts - or they tried at least. But children's services said that the reports were 'bizarre' and they didn't take them seriously.
While Children's Services didn't contact Britney directly, they did speak to her rep. According to TMZ.com, it was apparent during the call that the allegations were crazy and the matter was put to rest immediately. Regardless of reports stating otherwise, the website claims that Children's Services did not dispatch anyone to Britney's house.
Maybe the stalker is mad because Britney is dating her hot new bodyguard.

Is Perez Hilton taking over the television industry? Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton revealed exclusively on today's episode of "The View" that he will be getting his own TV show. The TV show will air in September and is called "What Perez Says". As Perez sat down to chat with the women of "The View" he revealed the exciting news, which he has been building up all week.
 While I originally thought that Perez may become the newest host of "The View" it became very clear that he would not fit it with the strong opinions of the women around the table.
The women continued to drill Perez with questions like "how do you sleep at night" or "why do you make fun of children".
Joy and guest host Whoopi Goldberg interrogated the blogger on his actions towards gay celebrities (which doesn't make sense considering he's gay) and how he had the nerve to tease the children of high profile celebrities like Britney Spears and Katie Holmes.
And after Elizabeth Hasselbeck found out that Perez refers to her as the infamous "Elizabitch", she was going out of her way to make the interview uncomfortable for Ms. Perez as well.
But Perez didn't take their opinions to heart. He continued to defend his approach to Hollywood gossip with his upbeat attitude and somewhat lovable personality. And good for him, he's made tons of money and now he's got his own TV show.
According to Perez, VH1 is going to release a series of 1 hour episodes which will feature 'the queen of all media' doing what he does best - bashing celebrities. He's just one of those people you love to hate.

Like most people expected, Miss New Jersey winner Amy Polumbo is going to be keeping her crown. Over the past few weeks, Amy has been faced with a blackmail scandal which apparently made the 22 year old 'sick to her stomach'. The blackmailer (Amy still doesn't know who it is) was unsuccessful at his/her attempt to persuade the current Miss New Jersey (Amy) into dropping out of the Miss America pageant and giving her crown to the runner-up.
 Last week on the "Today" show, Amy told Matt Lauer there were no pornographic elements or illegal behavior in the photos.
Yesterday, after much thought, Amy decided to reveal the photos to the world. While they weren't Polumbo's proudest moments, they weren't as bad as most people thought. Some immature behavior with her boyfriend kissing her breast (over her shirt) and some photos of her drinking were the worst of the pics revealed.
Needless to say, officials agreed that the photos (which displayed no form of nudity or illegal behavior) did not warrant stripping Amy of her crown. Amy is relieved that it's all over. "This was meant to be private. It was supposed to be between my friends and I," Amy told "Today".
May this be a lesson to all Facebook users. What goes on the internet does not always stay on the internet - it can surface elsewhere. So unless you're okay with the whole world seeing the photos, stick to traditional photo albums where you have complete control over who sees (or does not see) them. Lesson learned.

Apparently drinking and driving is genetic. TMZ.com recently revealed news that Paris Hilton's younger cousin, Brooke Ashley Brinson, was charged for DUI last year. The 20 year old wild child was driving a Benz registered in Paris' name which reportedly caused a four car collision on the freeway. Brooke, looking more than a little intoxicated (and upset) in her mug shot, has kept the news pretty much under wraps - until now that is.
 Shockingly, Brooke was actually more intoxicated than Paris, according to the results of the breathalyzer. While Paris blew 0.08 (the exact level that constitutes DUI), her little cousin blew a whopping 0.15. Brooke is scheduled to appear back in court on August 3rd.
News of her cousin's DUI may be damaging to Paris Hilton's new image. While both Paris and Brooke's DUI charges are matters of the past, Paris must be getting tired of the constant headlines bringing up her past mistakes. Just when she thinks it's all over, this type of information surfaces. It's not like this story will last long anyways, it will be forgotten about by the end of the day.

Cameron Diaz's love life is heating up once again! The 34 year old actress is getting nice and close with environmentalist, David De Rothschild. The spicy new couple was seen romancing it up in the VIP section of Live Earth in New Jersey.
 Cameron, who's recently been accused of ruining the marriage between Criss Angel and his wife Joanna Sarantakos, is ready for a little less drama and a little more lovin'. Cameron quickly slammed reports that claimed she had anything to do with the breakup of Criss and Joanna and insists she and Criss have no relationship together.
Meanwhile, David, who was once named one of the hottest bachelors in the UK, seems like the perfect guy for Cameron to cozy up with. Not only is he extremely gorgeous but he's also the heir to the de Rothschild British banking fortune and an active advocate for climate change awareness. Good looks, intelligence and money - Cameron seems to be on the right track!
Cameron and David have been seen together on several occasions over the past month and are not shy to hide their sparking romance. Not only were they seen at Live Earth but they have also been spotted dining at high end restaurants like NYC's Stanton Social.
Looks like Cameron scored herself a fine man.

The scandal that made Miss New Jersey 'sick to her stomach' is officially over. The 22 year old decided not to let the blackmailer of (what were thought to be provocative) photos get to her. She decided to release the photos this morning on "Today" and her decision seemed to work in her favor.
After releasing the photos, it was very clear that Miss New Jersey was acting in a similar manner as most other girls her age.
Yes, there was a photo of her boyfriend's head in her chest, a photo with her best friend's hand on her chest and some random photos of her drinking (when she was of legal age) but those types of photos aren't uncommon for an average 22 year old. And Miss New Jersey officials seemed to agree.
After investigating the photos, it became very clear to Miss New Jersey officials that Amy Polumbo was not acting inappropriately. While some reports claim that New Jersey officials were 'unfazed' by the photos the final ruling is expected to come this afternoon.
From what most of the media is saying, Miss New Jersey is still worthy of her crown.
Looks like the blackmailer's plan didn't work. If you're going to go through the trouble of blackmailing someone, at least make sure you have some dirt on them. A few pictures of the girl drinking and having some fun with friends is not worth the time.
We'll have all the details on Miss New Jersey and whether or not she will maintain her crown as soon as they are released.

Will celebrity blogger extraordinaire, Perez Hilton, become the newest member of "The View". Perez is scheduled to guest star on the show tomorrow and is extremely excited about his appearance. But will it be a one-time thing for the outwardly gay tinsel town diva or will he be a permanent member of the show?
While I am just speculating and there are no clear facts indicating that Perez may be joining the cast, there are some small hints that lead me to believe it might be possible. Now I am aware that one of the premises of the show is the fact that they are all women, but Perez often refers to himself as a woman.
Furthermore, if there's one person in this world who is more controversial when it comes to world issues (celebrities in particular) is Ms. Perez. So what leads me to believe that Perez might find himself as the Rosie-replacement? It's in the words he uses in his blog postings this week.
In his blog post from today, Perez shows a photo of himself and the other 3 women sitting at the table with the tagline "Just one of the girls" at the top of the photo. In addition, he has also been talking about his "big announcement" which is due to be released at 12 noon tomorrow. Hmm, 12 noon just happens to be the time when "The View" finishes airing - coincidence? Maybe not.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Can you imagine the ratings if Perez became a host? After all, Rosie's exit has left Barbara Walters desperate for publicity. Perez becoming 'one of the girls' is not out of the question just yet.

Despite photos that may lead some to believe otherwise, Jessica Simpson insists she 100 percent all real! When talking with her fashion designer friend, Michael Kors, Jess opened up and admitted that she's never had any form of plastic surgery.
When asked by Kors (who is writing about Jess in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar) whether or not she's indulged in a little cosmetic surgery, she simply replied with "I've had none". Immediately after she said "but maybe after having kids, if my boobs dropped down to my bellybutton, I would get them lifted".
Jessica has always been well-endowed in the upper-chest area so it's not surprising to me that she hasn't surgically enhanced her breasts. What is surprising to me is that she told GLAMOUR Magazine not too long ago that she had undergone plastic surgery on her lips.
"I had that Restylane stuff," she told GLAMOUR. "It looked fake to me. I didn't like that. But… it went away in, like, four months. My lips are back to what they were. Thank God!"
I can see how maybe Jess wouldn't refer to Restylane as plastic surgery except that in the interview she admitted to plastic surgery on her lips. I just wish she'd get her stories straight.
Next thing you know, she'll be trying to tell us her little sister (Ashlee Simpson) never had any plastic surgery either - ya, like we'd believe that one.
