What you see is what you get with Miss New Jersey! Amy Polumbo is fed up with accusations claiming that she's a wild partier who should be deprived of her crown because of racy photos that seemed to have surfaced on the internet. Amy was being blackmailed by an anonymous person who demanded she give her crown to the runner up or risk the photos being released to the public.
Went Amy went public with her situation, "Today" host Matt Lauer helped shed some light on the situation.
When Matt asked Amy if the photos were sexual or pornographic in any manner, Amy responded by saying "no". Matt then made a statement that could have impacted the final outcome of this whole ordeal. "So then here’s my confusion; How can you blackmail someone with photos that would be OK for your family to see? ...Why not release the photos and move on?”
And that she did. This morning on "Today" Amy released the photos in question because she was "sick to her stomach" about the whole situation. Surprisingly, the photos were relatively innocent.
One photo showed her boyfriend with his head on her breast while another showed her best friend's hand on her breast. There were also pictures of Amy drinking, but she insists she was of age when those were taken. Miss New Jersey officials told the New York Post that they were unfazed by the photos.

Bad news for Britney Spears - her ex-husband and the father of her two children, Kevin Federline, has officially moved on! Britney had made many attempts to get K-Fed back after she filed for divorce late last year but he was having none of it. The aspiring rapper took the time to help Britney while she was receiving treatment in rehab but now that she's supposedly fully treated, he's re-entering the dating scene.
 So who's the lucky girl, you ask? Her name is Liz Hernandez and she's a popular radio personality who has had her eyes set on Federline since he appeared on her radio show about 18 months ago. Liz interviewed Hernandez and caused a stir when she asked him who was better in the bedroom - Britney or his other ex, Shar Jackson. Apparently Kevin wasn't too offended with the question or he wouldn't be hooking up with her now.
According to the National Enquirer, “Kevin is definitely thrilled with Liz. He talks about her all the time — how smart she is, how she’s marketed herself so well, and how beautiful she is. He’s serious about her.”
But Liz isn't so quick to open up about the relationship. A source told the magazine “Liz is trying to keep [the romance] quiet because she doesn’t want it to get around work, but Kevin can’t help but brag about his conquest to his friends and family. He has tons of modeling pictures of Liz in his home. She likes to cook, and Kevin loves that because he always did the cooking for both Shar and Britney,”
Looks like things are on the up for good ol' Fed-Ex. Too bad Britney's still hitting the booze.

How far will David and Victoria Beckham go to get attention in the US press? Pretty far. When the first few photos of the hot couple's spread in W Magazine were released yesterday, we thought they were a little risque but nothing too out of the ordinary for the popular pair. Now, after seeing the rest of the photos from the shoot, it's very clear that the normally sexy couple has taken it too far.
 
The photos, which are published in the August issue of W Magazine, look like photos from a crime scene in a scary movie. They are not sexy, nor are they classy which is really disappointing for the Becks pair.
David and Victoria have been trying hard to make a name for themselves in America but fans of the two parents are extremeley disappointed with the latest campaign. I mean, they are parents after all, and taking photos in a bedroom with David ontop of Victoria is just unnecessary. They look like they are taken right out of a home-made sex tape. At least Paris Hilton's was released by accident.
 
So I guess the Beckham's are doing their job right now. They are receiving just as much attention in the United States as they were in England. The only difference is the couple was popular in England for designing clothing and playing soccer - not for taking nearly-nude shots of themselves in unnecessary poses and plastering them in a highly popular magazine. What happens in the bedroom should stay in the bedroom - just ask Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo.

All eyes were on Jessica Simpson as she attempted to celebrate her 27th birthday with 5 friends in Malibu. But too many eyes ruined the party. In fact, Jess was so upset that the paparazzi invaded her privacy that she refused to step outside the Malibu house and eventually ended up cutting the party short. Jess, who usually enjoys the attention, was not impressed with the 12 paparazzi members who swarmed outside the Silver Spoon Beach Body House Malibu yesterday.
A source told reporters that Jess was worried about her friends and wanted to make sure they had a good time. “She couldn’t deal with it. She kept saying she didn’t want her friends to go through that. So, they stayed inside and then just left.”
The Duke's of Hazard star is usually very respectful of the paparazzi but is finding the constant attention somewhat exhausting. She has been known to ask the paparazzi how they are doing and whether or not they ever go out and have fun on their own. Generally, Jess is one of the more respectful celebrities when it comes to media attention. Perhaps she just wants a little respect in return.

Once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic - is that how the saying goes? Well Britney Spears may be living proof. The 25 year old former pop star can't seem to sober up, regardless of how much treatment she receives. Brit, who has been in and out of rehab 3 times this year, has reportedly fallen off the wagon again and is back hitting the booze hard.
Star Magazine reports that Spears' unhealthy lifestyle has taken a toll not only on her personal life but on her health as well. According to the magazine Britney is "drinking heavily again, binge shopping and eating like there’s no tomorrow”. The source even goes as far as to imply that Britney is trying to hide her problem from the public (can you blame her?) by ordering alcoholic drinks and having them disguised in different containers.
"On several occasions, I have seen her pouring alcohol into energy drink cans,” a source told Star. And another source told the magazine that “Britney requests that her alcohol be served in carafes rather than in bottles. Once, a waitress made the mistake of bringing her a bottle. Brit grabbed her arm and told her she couldn’t be seen with it.”
It's going to be hard to recover from this type of behavior, Brit. You're lucky you have a loyal fan base behind you. Most people would have given up hope right after the head-shaving incident. I wouldn't press your luck much further.

How does a $500,000 engagement ring sound ladies? Charlie Sheen has officially proposed to his girlfriend of one year, Brooke Mueller, with a $500,000 engagement ring and, like most would expect, she accepted.
People.com reports that a family friend of Charlie's has confirmed the engagement but there are no details as to when the couple will walk down the aisle.
Charlie and his ex-wife, Denise Richards, divorced last November and have 2 daughters together. Denise, who recently broke up with "Bon Jovi" member Richie Sambora, congratulated the happy couple on their engagement and had more than a few nice words to say about Brooke. “I am genuinely happy for the two of them,” Richards tells PEOPLE. “In fact, I sent them flowers to congratulate them both. I’ve spent time with her and my girls really like her. That’s all that matters to me.”
Meanwhile, other friends and family members are thrilled to see Charlie say his I do's yet again (this will be Sheen's third marriage). A friend told reporters that “The two bring out the best in each other. Brooke is a good influence on him.”
Hopefully the two spend many happy years together. After all, third time's a charm, right Charlie?

David and Victoria Beckham are ready to invade the US in the only way they know how - getting nearly naked! The dynamic duo has spent years developing the 'Beckham brand' - a brand known for being ultra sexy (and sometimes triple X). Needless to say, Posh and Becks wasted no time migrating their notorious traits to America. This week, the sizzling hot pair stripped down for an exclusive W magazine photo shoot.
  
Posh, looking toned and tanned, was dressed in a tight little number that showed just how petite her frame really is. On the other hand, David bared his biceps (and tatoos), while posing shirtless and donning his 'come get me' facial expressions. The ultra sexy couple has made millions of dollars selling their image in ad campaigns but this one takes the cake.
The Beckhams recently moved to LA, after David signed a 250 million dollar deal with the LA Galaxy soccer team. David is expected to start playing this Friday (Friday the 13th, no doubt) while Victoria is busy working on her new Reality TV show. Should be interesting to see how successful the Beckham brand becomes in the US. If this photo shoot is any indication, the two are going to be just fine!

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas! Sophia Bush might realize now that TMZ.com released photos of her grinding with a stranger while celebrating her 25th birthday this past weekend. The "One Tree Hill" star looked smokin' hot while partying hard in Las Vegas - and there were no signs of ex-husband Chad Michael Murray.
 The birthday girl and her friends chilled out by the pool in the afternoon and lit up the dance floor into the night. The group enjoyed alcoholic popsicles (courtesy of Hypnotiq) poolside and knocked back some drinks at JET nightclub where they partied until the wee hours of the morning.
Sophia, who used to be married to her 'One Tree Hill" costar Chad Michael Murray, is supposedly dating Jon Foster but that's definitely not him in the photo.
Chad and Sophia's divorce was finalized in December of last year, after just 5 months of marriage. Immediately after their divorce Chad began dating an extra on the show, Kenzie Dalton. Chad and Kenzie are currently engaged.
Meanwhile, Chad and Sophia still work side by side but when they're off set, she's out partying with friends and he's probably at home knitting with his soon-to-be second wife. Looks like their divorce was a blessing in disguise - for Sophia, that is.

Nicole Richie needs to get her priorities in check. Recently, there have been several rumors confirming that the 25 year old is pregnant with Joel Madden's baby. If the rumors are true, then Nicole needs to do some serious damage control to make sure she's not giving birth to her first child in prison. If Nicole has learned anything from her BFF Paris Hilton, it's to work with the prosecutors, not against them.
Luckily for Richie, there is a silver lining to everything that happens. While she's admitted that she could face up to a year in jail after failing a sobriety test on December 11th of last year, the prosecutors are willing to strike a deal with her to lessen her charges. Nicole admitted to smoking marijuana and taking prescription drugs at the time and pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor DUI in February.
Normally, an individual would not face a potential year in jail for the crime Nicole supposedly committed but because she had a prior misdemeanor from a DUI conviction in June of 2003, it is possible. According to the laws of the state of California, if a person is convicted of DUI twice within the course of 10 years, they can be sentenced up to one year in jail.
No information has been released as to the details of the plea or whether or not Richie plans to accept it. Richie's attorney tried to delay the trial until August 5th, because one of the witnesses was unable to attend until that day. The commissioner told Richie and her attorney to submit motions today - the day that her trial was originally set to begin.
It seems as though Nicole needs to be taught a lesson. After her first DUI misdemeanor, you'd think she would have learned. The fact that she didn't tells me that she's not taking the law seriously. If she can get away with it, why can't everyone else. I think she should spend at least 90 days in jail (the minimum sentence for an individual in California who had been convicted of two DUI misdemeanors within 10 years).
If she knew she might be going to jail, you'd think she would have tried a little harder not to get pregnant - at least until the trial was over. Some people just don't think.

Nick Lachey has been dodging the spotlight for the past few weeks, after he and his girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo were caught having sex in an outdoor hottub on their vacation in Mexico. While Nick and Vanessa did their best to down-play the scandal (well, Nick did hid best, Vanessa played the "look at me, I'm a victim" card) there was no way the media was going to let this one slide. After numerous headlines, Nick and Vanessa decided to do an interview with OK! Magazine to dish what really happened that night. The interview was bland and the two insisted there was no scandal and that they just had too many drinks while celebrating their first anniversary.
But the real news (to me, anyways), came when Nick sat down with Access Hollywood host Maria Menounos to talk about his personal life. After asking some interesting questions about the photo scandal, Maria eased into asking Nick the big question we've all been waiting for. "I know that you guys have been officially together for about a year now," said Maria. "You were celebrating your one-year anniversary...are there plans to get married? You guys just moved in together."
Nick responded quickly by saying ""No, no, no. We're very happy, but we're just -- we're leaving it at that. Not putting any, you know, grand plans in motion. We're just, we're enjoying each other, enjoying life."
Not putting any 'grand plans in motion'...hmmm...not a long term thing for Nick? It was obvious from the very beginning that Nick and Vanessa were a short term thing. In fact, I'm shocked the relationship has lasted a year. I give it another 6 months (tops) and then he and Jess will be back in each other's arms - mark my words!

It has been confirmed that rapper P.Diddy (Sean Combs) and his longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, have split up. The couple, who had been together since the 1990's, have 3 children together. According to Extra TV, Kim has already moved out of their New York City apartment and into a new residence in Beverly Hills. The source also confirms that Kim took all the children with her when she left.
The news comes as a shock to many, considering the supposedly happy couple gave birth to twins only 7 months ago. At the time, P.Diddy and his girlfriend seemed extremely happy and the relationship seemed to be headed for bliss. According to a number of inside sources, Kim was fed up after hearing rumors that her boyfriend had been hooking up with Jude Law's former flame, Sienna Miller.
Regardless of the rumors, P.Diddy's rep denies the fact that the couple split up because of Miller. “There is literally nothing between them,” Diddy's rep assures the media while Sienna's team does the same. Her rep released a statement to the press, reassuring everyone she had nothing to do with the split at all. “Reports of Sienna being linked with P. Diddy are categorically untrue," the statement reveals.
Guess the notoriously trampy and outspoken Sienna has finally learned to keep her mouth shut. Although I doubt she's telling the truth. P.Diddy never seemed like the settling down type anyways.

We've seen young actor, Daniel Radcliffe grow up in front of eyes as he played the intriguing part of Harry Potter in what has been named as one of the most influential movies of all time. The chaos surrounding the Harry Potter series has stunned movie-goers even more so than it stunned the original creator J.K. Rowling. When Joanne Rowling initial released the first Harry Potter book she was shocked at the amount of attention and support her idea received. Now, the fifth edition in the series is ready to be released on film and is expected to continue soaring to all new heights.
But what was it about the Harry Potter series that was powerful enough to make men, women and children all over the world go crazy for the books and films? Perhaps it was the imagination and intelligence behind the writing in the first place but combined with the amazing film actors and design in the movies, there was no way to this series was going to be anything but amazing.
Daniel Radcliffe simply couldn't have prepared himself for the level of fame he was about to receive. Even to this day, Daniel is shocked at the amount of attention and praise he receives from fans everywhere he goes. "Before you get out of the car," Radcliffe told the media, "you have to prepare yourself for the screaming thing. I'll never be completely cool with it." Daniel's modest attitude may be what young girls find so intriguing about him. As he grows older, his popularity and fame only grows stronger. Hopefully he can handle what's in store for him.
"Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" has premiered in some exclusive locations already but is opening worldwide Wednesday. The last book in the series will be published 3 weeks from tomorrow.

Former "Beverly Hills 90210" star, Jason Priestly, and his wife of just over 3 years, Naomi, have welcomed a little girl into their family. This is the first child of the proud parents and Jason and Naomi couldn't be happier.
 Jason and his wife had not yet released any comments regarding the birth of their new baby girl, nor have they released the name of the little girl or any photos. There are no details on when fans can expect to see the newborn but Jason has never been shy to the media. He's probably just spending time with his wife and family and adjusting to fatherhood.
The happy couple met in 2001 but faced hard times in 2002 when Jason was nearly killed in a motor vehicle accident. Jason crashed his race car while driving at a speed of 180mph on a speedway in Kentucky. After the pair spent months and months nursing Jason back to health, they realized they were meant for each other. The two married in front of friends and family in 2004, including Jason's former Beverly Hills costars Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Tiffani Thiessen and Tori Spelling.
Jason and Naomi are currently living in Los Angeles, where Jason is working on a new TV show called "A Side Order of Life".

As though "The View" hasn't been controversial enough over the past few years, they will be welcoming the highly controversial (and highly entertaining) celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton as a guest on the show. Perez, who is known to be one of the nastiest (and most popular) celebrity bloggers in the world, is scheduled to appear on this Friday's show.
Perez Hilton is an outspoken man who basically tells it like it is. He bashes celebrities, makes fun of their lives while providing up-to-date, relevant information on the wonderful world of celebrities. His tagline reads "Celebrity Juice, Not from Concentrate".

Britney Spears has dated more men in the past year than most women date in a lifetime. Since her divorce from Kevin Federline last year, Brit has dated a number of men including Isaac Cohen and Perry Taylor (her former nanny) and her dating ADD hasn't slowed down a bit since. Just this past week, Brit has been rumored to be dating two new men. Some reports claim that the 25 year old pop star is dating a man she met in rehab while others are speculating that the she's been getting close with her new bodyguard (or nanny - nobody is really sure who he is but bodyguard sounds better than nanny!).
 John Sundahl, Britney's supposedly new boyfriend told the National Enquirer that he and Britney were in a 'serious relationship'. He claimed that he and Britney met while attending rehab and have been seeing each other every since. But while John was certain of his relationship with Britney, she wasn't thrilled about what he had to say about their relationship. According to other sources, Britney was furious after hearing that John spoke openly about their relationship and insists they are not an item.
On the other hand, Brit has also been seen with her tall, dark and handsome bodyguard a lot lately. And while no one is really sure whether or not this man is the pop tart's bodyguard, nanny or friend, we do know that Brit likes to spend time with him. Brit and the man of mystery have been seen hanging out with Spears' two sons, going to plays together and generally hanging out on a daily basis.
It seems as though Brit's bodyguard is the better choice of the two men in her life. The former alcoholic who couldn't keep quiet about their relationship vs. the kind-hearted man who enjoys spending time with her and her kids? That's a tough one! Britney will probably opt for the former alcoholic.
