The Naughty Nurse
No surprise here. The naughty nurse costume came in at number 3 and is officially one of the top choices for sexiest costumes this year. The costume can be worn in a number of ways, although the most popular is the short white skirt, knee-high stockings and heels - surprise, surprise.
The Playboy Bunny
This one sort of surprised me. Although it's not difficult to figure out why men are infatuated with this costume (maybe it's the fact that most of the real playboy bunnies are you-know-whats), it does surprise me that the costume made the number 2 spot. Again, this costume can be worn in a number of ways but most men prefered the black outfit with pink detailing. Knee-high stockings and heels were preferred by men with this outfit as well.
The French Maid
Okay, this does not shock me at all. In fact, I would probably agree with most men. The French maid costume has a lot of sex appeal when worn the right way. It definitely has to be worn as a black dress with a white apron. Black, knee-high (fishnet) stockings with heels complete the fantasy - and of course, the duster brush and white gloves. If you're looking to wow your man this year, the French maid outfit is a sure thing.
