Kylie Minogue has been named the best dressed woman of 2006 by UK Glamour Magazine. The annual list of best dressed celebrities also includes Victoria Beckham, who came in a close second followed by Nicole Richie in third. Kylie has defined a new look for herself this past year. She's traded in her hot pants and bra tops for a "newer, softer-looking style". Editor Joe Elvin says "Kylie is still sexy but is not flaunting herself in gold hot pants anymore".

Kylie beat out last year's best dressed woman, Kate Moss, who came in fourth on this year's list. Former "The OC" star Mischa Barton grabbed sixth place while her costar Rachel Bilson came in a close eighth. Some of the other best dressed women of the year (according to UK Glamour) include Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Gwen Stefani and Sienna Miller.

As for the men, David Beckham took gold with his sophisticated European style. Kate Moss' on again/off again long time boyfriend, Pete Doherty, topped UK Glamour's worst dressed list as well as Britney Spears' ex husband Kevin Federline.
