What was Jessica Simpson thinking? I think Scarlett &amp; Kate rocked it (though Scarlett could`ve gone with another bra)-mixed feelings regarding Mischa though with the tucked in T-shirt, I think it would`ve looked better with a short buttoned shirt or tight fitted top.</p>
